Our company originates from a family dream of business ownership now serving both corporate and domestic customers across the region.
With 20 years of experience helping customers our company owner LaDon Patrick Cooper began serving customers while still a business student at Clayton state university.

We launched Cooper Property Maintenance to give customers a 1 on 1 experience with landscaping professionals offering solutions to meet customer needs. We maintain and unlock each property's landscaping potential with unique ideas, quality price points, and meticulous attention to detail.
